Calls with a story they are the passenger’s son and needs to make a change because their mother is old and made a mistake. Wants the agency fee waived then wants the voucher refund to go to another name not the passenger or caller I immediately searched the phone number to find fraud I am hoping the passengers didn’t give their credit card

Male, Indian accent, has called in to my call center on multiple occasions to buy prepaid phones. We get to the payment part and he tries several different credit cards with different addresses until he finds one that works then buys 5 phones with that card. I notate so that our fraud department will not send out the devices but he must be getting some or he wouldn't keep trying.
