He asked me to go get a money gram no debt collector will never tell you that I wished I have known about this before I went and got that money gram. Just received this scary call from a foreign guy claiming to be a senior attorney from a civil case filed against me. He refused to give me any info regarding the collector. I have never taken a loan out for the amount requested. Anyway, I called the police and the scammer back pretending to give him bank info, instead he got a new asshole. I tore him up and down. FYI.. Call your local police department and your bank.

left a message on my cell phone stating the message was for me and it was a law firm that has been trying to contact me and something about my name and social and that i would be facing serious serious consequences at court on monday, automatically knew it was BS, because i havent recieved anything in the mail about a law suit or on the phone. im sick of this. on 7/22/2016 a scammer (which has done the same thing to hundreds of people) wrote a fraudulant check at my bank trying to draw out 365.00. i called the bank to report it, when i pulled that number and this number up on google they both say scammers. it did say he was calling from a tmobile phone, could they get information on us from our cell phone towers? i cant change my number at this time, ive had it to long and i have no clue how to stop this kind of stuff. i deal with enough already, i dont need some foreigner i cant even understand messing with me. i would give anything if i knew how to prevent it, but calling the police wouldnt do any good i dont think

Just got the same creepy foreigner. Also two weeks ago, a fraudulent e-check was cashed through my bank for $369.00. My bank marked it fraud and gave me money back. I called the number on the e-check, they have also refunded the $369, which has completely screwed my checking account. I also got a text message a month ago saying they would be to serve court papers at my work on Wednesday that week. They didn't show of course. Ugh, is it that hard to find their own damn job and make their own damn money!?!?!!!

I got the same call. I called the police because it was an every hour occurance. I called back when I found out it was a scam and the guy said he will only speak to the police. He hung up so I called back and he said that he does not want to be harassed and will press charges. I told him I will if he doesn't stop calling. He hung up and the call was no longer avalible to connect with. It's a scam.

Just had them call me to. They said I would be served with a subpoena by officer Mike Wilson if I did not pay 550$ from a loan I never took out. We'll there is no Mike Wilson on my local police. There liars and scam artists.
