Caller claiming to be from JP Morgan Chase. Strong Indian accent and very poor English. Wanted to 'check my Bank Account details', so that he could process a payment. When asked what it was in connection with, and why he was contacting me (I have nothing to do with our Accounts Dept.) he went quiet and then announced that he had got the wrong number, although he had managed to get hold of our company name from somewhere. Clearly a scammer, and not a very convincing one.

I received a call from this number this morning after these folks called me from a different number first. They claimed to be from Chase and wanted some info. regarding a fraudulent transaction through my account. I told them I was not comfortable giving out any information on phone and would feel more comfortable calling the bank myself. They didn't push it and hung up. It was a women on the other end.

They we're saying they were responding to a message I left for Chase bank about my deceased mother. I had left a message. I heard a baby cry in the back, this made me think it could be a scam.

I answered the call, and a man asked for my boyfriend. I told the man this was not the phone number for him and asked who was calling, and the man said "I'm calling from his bank." Then he sounded flustered and said he would delete the phone number and hung up.
