They call from this number, and you are given a different number to call them back. They are NOT located at the Centene Meridian Medicaid offices! Barking dogs, availability, noise during call etc. Person is in their own home! I believe all the people info listed here is correct and the number at the top of the page is a call center with hires for each insurance company or health care company in one central location! The staff calls from home, & "hooks" or dials into this central line from their company computer equip. & and now adays you can or are req. to use your own equipment! So, an outside link from a stranger is linking into our medical files at our insurance company! That should scare the hell out of anyone!!! HIPPA!

Yes! Seems to be a call center for more than one insurance company!
This is the direct # that calls us for Case Mgrs. from Centene & which is in fact Meridian Medicaid!
But!!!!!
They are, indeed, using the # as a hub or robo-dial as you dial when dial from home for your company, as our RN Case Mgr. is indeed calling from her home & her dog is barking & she ONLY takes calls when she is "available" & not during like company business hours! All that & getting paid $50 plus dollars per hour! Nuts!
