I've received 3 notices (2 of them "Final") about settling a tax lien for 11% of what's owed "under the new IRS 'Fresh Start' program." There's no company name or any kind of credentials. Can't find who the phone number belongs too. Smells like a rotten fish to me.

The caller wanted me to give my DOB, address. And last 4 of my SSN. When I refused to give her information, she said she would mail me a letter but seemed aggravated. She still would not disclose the reason for her call or who she was with.

I couldn't find any info for this specific number, but there are two facts: people do search for this number which can be seen from different similar pages, and there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Probably calling with different offers for different companies, but for sure some general call center. I recommend to block the whole 6304928xxx range... Did someone answer any number of this range?

At no time no matter how many times I asked would this phone number identify who they where and why they where calling me. The only continued to attempt to get me to say my full name
