Caller wanted confirm they were speaking to with a particular person. Stating "go ahead" or "how can I help you?" did not satisfy their requirement to confirm with whom they were speaking. It seemed like they were wanting a "yes" answer.

Called our support number. Then asked to speak to an employee by name. When asked for a callback number she just hangs up the phone. Very rude. Called twice like this.

She asked for my name, job title, and how long it takes our company to re-vamp our media. I couldn't understand the questions. She said she would send an email that explains everything but I never gave her an email address. This call seems very fishy. I blocked the number.
