I did not answer. Voice mail claims to be IRS suing me, and asks to call back. I know the IRS does not call people for this purpose, and has warned people of a similar scam, so I will not answer nor call back, of course.

An automated female voice claimed to be calling from IRS, saying they'd been trying to contact me and were preparing to file papers against me. Absolutely ridiculous.

Person with accent, claiming to be in Washington DC, but with a San Diego area code claimed there was an IRS lawsuit against me. He also claimed someone would be at my door in 15-20 minutes, when I asked him to send me mail correspondence on this matter.
