Knew my name had an city/state that I never lived at not even in the same state the female caller was extremely unprofessional/unethical told them that they’ll need to contact me via mail - blocked the number. If this is a debt collector operating in the Commonwealth of Mass refer them to the AG’s office - MGL c. 93, § 49 Debt collection in an unfair, deceptive or unreasonable manner. Outlines prohibited activities in debt collection.

On 12/13/21, I received a phone call on my cell phone from 617-393-5983. The woman asked for me by name. She then proceeded to tell me of a judgement against me on old credit card debt (from 2003) that I owed, and asked me how I was planning on paying this. I told her that I never received any notice about a court case (I don’t even live in Massachusetts anymore), and that any judgement cannot be pursued as I am on Social Security Disability, and those wages are not available to be garnished under federal law. She laughed at me, said “you’re not a lawyer. You need to pay this or else.” Then kept talking over me, insisting she would send police to my house. She also claimed my wages are indeed able to be garnished (a lie) and that I could be arrested. I hung up on her. She called back and left a nasty voicemail instructing me to look up the case. I did, and discovered that it was dismissed in 2003. So obviously, this is a scam trying to collect money on an old debt (I know they sell off outstanding debt and try to coerce people into paying it). The statute of limitations is 20 years, and that is rapidly approaching, I blocked her number. She called again all polite and said “I am sending you paperwork as discussed” (we discussed no such thing) and is sending it to a defunct yahoo email account. It’s obvious her information is all outdated, as are her ridiculous claims. She told me to call her back immediately or else law enforcement would come to my home. Thank you.

She called, i answered as normal "your on a recorded line, who may i ask is calling." Immediately hung up and called from a different number, very rudely stating her ends recorded too.. i then asked again, who am i speaking with.. and she didnt answer, in stead repeated shes recording the call.. i said will you stop being an **** and tell me who you are? She continued, "go kiss your mother with that mouth" like wtf? I have notified the FBI, and im sure it will be investigated.

Says a judgment against me but the information they gave was false. They call many times a day all day and night. Annoying have told them in the past they have the wrong number. Lady said I was a liar so I said fine I will send you my phone bill. She hung up. This last time I missed the call. I have reported the them to the attorney general.

This number that comes up as ECF keeps calling and leaving me nasty messages saying a have to call them to settle a matter with my local district court.i don’t owe anyone anything nor have I ever got papers to attend court. When you call the number back someone answers it saying law office of mike kelly. When you google him he’s in Boston Ma and says he specializes in disability and worker’s compensation. This is spam and I have blocked them from calling me

She called me by my maiden name. I've been married 15 years. And said I'm in trouble and need to contact her. A lisa from mike kellys office. 617 393 5981. Then my work emails me saying she is harassing them to have me call them. I tried calling and its a void number. I know a scam a million miles away.

Same thing happened to me today.. I even called my local court house gave them all my personal information and they cant find anything... further more I never was summons to court for a claim.. The women who called me screamed at me not letting me get a word in edgewise... wondering if any further action was taken from this so called attorney

Same thing just happened to me , scam debt collector screamed about where my mom is. I said im her daughter and attorney and she said "well i need a legal document that you are an attorney" ... INSTANTlY knew it was a deb t collector scammer. TOld her im hanging up as she was mouthing something about im gonna sent her a legal blah blah blah.... Just hang up.

As mentioned above my name is Selena and this woman called telling me she is from an attorneys office. She proceeds to tell me it’s from a credit card back in 2003 and that I missed a court date. I have not received anything about any court date for this card. Proceeds to ask about my financial situation what I pay for rent and ect. This woman gave no name and no name form the attorneys office. I’m pretty confident this is a scam.

Yes. A lisa from mike kellys office, "as she says" called me and left a message about a court date i missed?? She said my maiden name and ive been married over 15 years. Then she CALLED MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT! Hell no. Scammer... I've never even had a parking ticket or a late payment!
