Whoever called didn't state their name, let alone who they were calling on behalf of. Googled the number and saw TONS of complaints from people. None similar to mine though. Whoever called asked to speak to me but I said it was the wrong number (I can't stand scams), and they asked if I knew who the following email address belonged to. I said "no you have the wrong number", and they proceeded to still call me by the name they have on file and state that I would no longer be receiving business emails from them. It doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

I bought a table and chairs from Wayfair. I have a business but their website didn't work so I didn't sign up for business account to use a coupon. I bought it as a normal purchase. Today they called me several times with no message. Seeing call these review portend of trouble. I had several other calls that were from numbers I did not recognize. Four calls no messages. I am blocking them.

Wayfair called multiple times, but there was no caller ID, and they did not leave messages. They just kept pestering me with hangups and recordings of call center typing. I bought multiple items from them, but never again. Their website is always having problems, it did not take two of my orders, then they sent the wrong item. It also will not accept a form I filled out trying to get them to stop contacting me, just an error message stating the "display is not available right now". I finally called the number I saw on my history, and it turned out to be for a department trying to get me to upgrade to a business account. They tried to transfer me but disconnected me. When I called back, their system autoconnected me to Ryder delivery. I called back and was transferred by the operator to the wrong department, with no warning. She literally just connected me without saying a word. One delivery was held up waiting for an order that I did not make, which did not even show up in their system. Very, very sleazy company. Trust me, you want to block them!

I work for a government agency who helped me figure this out. Got the message that they missed my call, I never called. I was able to confirm that it is Wayfair, but their message is deceptive. I reported it to the FTC. Advise to block the call, and send the emails to spam.

Exactly. Wayfair should know better. I started to fill out a form, and stopped. They started to call, with no caller ID and they left no messages. Multiple times. Very sleazy.
