I called the number back as they keep calling me but don't leave a message. There is a recording that says this number is no longer in service. How on earth is it not in service any more when it literally just called me? UGH! Spam stuff.

Called saying they were Spectrum. I answered because I do business w/ folks from all over the country. An "Assistant" called, quickly transferred me to the "sales Rep" She wanted to verify my name. I said, you called me; you should know my name. She stated the whole privacy thing, then asked for my ACCT number, which I told her I didn't have. Then she asked for the phone number connected to my account (to prevent fraud of course). Funny thing is, she knew what Spectrum services I already had. Once I gave her my phone number she hung up. Tried calling the number right back; no longer in service.
