Phone number called me twice during the day, did not recognize it at first. Picked up the second time while at work on break, the person on the other end of the line was a male with an accent I couldn't distinguish and asked me to verify my name to which I responded "what can do for you?" with a bit of attitude he asked if he was speaking to (uses my first name) to which I responded again "what can I do for you?" he asked again more irate this time using my full name if I would confirm if that's who he's speaking to. I hung up the phone. He wanted me to verify my name and possible other personal information, I've received similar scam calls in the past.

Male caller asked me to confirm name, what I used Xfinity/Comcast for, how many devices connected, and the number of smart devices in my household. Caller me to hold for approximately 5 minutes. Caller returned, asked if I was still connected, then hung up. Returned call and received automated message.

Caller had the first and last name tied to my Comcast/Xfinity account. Identified themselves as "calling on behalf of Xfinity" and stated they had "great news" in the form of an offer. I asked them to clarify whether they were Xfinity or if they were a different company calling on _behalf_ of Xfinity. To his credit, he confirmed that they were a separate company. DO NOT GIVE THESE FOLKS YOUR INFORMATION, NOR CONFIRM YOUR NAME.

They call multiple times per day, everyday. Finally answered and a lady said she was offering a promotion from Comcast. When I said no she hung up. I have now blocked the number but they will probably start calling again with a different number.

The person who call won’t stop telling you to upgrade a plan. Even though you refused the service 3 TIMES! Whoever is on the phone need to understand THREE NOs in a row means NO! When I drew the line, the person rudely hang up on me.
