Then silence till the call drops from VM. I WILL NOT be renewing service with them and will badmouth their company to as many people that I can. They have called me 4 times within 5 hours apparently to get updated billing info. I consider this harassment and will take appropriate action.

It's 1&1 IONOS, a web hosting company. I have a website through them, and this isn't the first time they've obsessively called me multiple times a day about something. At least this time it was about something legitimate (I assume... I didn't pick up, but once I found out who the number belonged to, I checked my account and found I needed to update my payment info). Last time they just wanted to sell me an upgrade to my service.

Call from 1and1. They host my websites and were calling to confirm that they had received my updated payment info. The call was probably a little redundant, but it was actually a live person. The number they called me on is listed with them as my contact so it was not unsolicited.
