I blocked this number said they were wells fargo bank I called wells fargo to report it they are not making the calls good I blocked them since I checked my phoned call hisorty and they attempted to call 500 time in the past few days but were blocked I suggest you check with your phone company you can block all numbers like this and not be bothered again since the no call list never worked
