Do not accept calls from or deal with NEGATIVE FINANCIAL SERVICES. They offer debt reduction service, however they are not registered with the BBB. The representative named Ron is extremely unprofessional and hung up on me when I told him we did not want any service they were offering. He called back a week later, not remembering the previous conversation. When I told him again we did not want their services, he told me I was nothing but "help" and proceeded to badger and disrespect my position as OWNER of the company!

A rude guy named Michael St. James called inquiring if we want a loan to get rid of our current UCC lien. I told him over 3 different times that I was not interested and to stop calling. He told me he would continue to call me and that I have not heard his full presentation on what they offered. I told him it didn't matter, and that I was not interested. I told him my husband would call him again and curse him out if he called again. He called again and my husband cursed him out and he acted like it was nothing but a game. This is a pathetic company.

They call and leave you a message saying they are calling about a UCC filing filed on the business. You then realize it's a telemarketer trying to sound like they are helping you refi some loan and you hang up.

Calls business and asks for someone who has never worked here. When told they are incorrect they ask to speak to the owner. I told her no and hung up. She immediately called back and said I rudely hung up on her and stated a UCC Filing had been filed on the business and she must speak to the owner. I refused because she was falsifying information to contact the owner.
