The person calls my office daily asking for me. They are trying to send me an "informational document about business". I have asked them every single day for over a month to remove me from the call list and today the gentleman responded with "I will take you off the call list as soon as I send you this informative PDF". I refuse at least 5-6 times before hanging out. I expect to receive another call tomorrow.

In addition they wait until our voice mail picks up, and leave no message but proceed to let the vm record nothing, thereby the secretary has to go through the vm & delete nothing.. but air... time consuming & intentional in my view.

They have been calling for the past few weeks/months trying to get information from our users. They claim they have relevant whitepapers to send to us, but they require personal and business information from us before they can proceed. Each time they call they claim to be from a different company. They are definitely trying to extract information from our users, which will probably be used to either scam them, or to sell the gathered information.

Caller with an Indian sounding accent wanting to speak to a specific person in one of our IT departments. Caller could not give specific information in regards to what department as we take calls for several different departments in my call centre.
