this is the 3rd different phone number that has called me with this same automated message, i keep blocking them. since i let my voicemail answer it i am not able to catch the beginning of the message, but what I can hear is them saying something about taking me into custody due to 4 outstanding "something". i hope someone will stop these people, because the call sounds very threatening and might very well fool someone.
