A woman called with heavy accent, claiming to be a govt agency and that I was qualified for free $$. As I tried to tell her to stop calling and take my number out of their data base, she started talking over me very loudly and hung up. Since 2/15/17, they've called 13x. Most times I don't pick up and they leave no msg. When told to stop calling they get very angry and say this is the 1st time they're calling! Everyone that calls has a heavy accent and is hard to understand.

Unsolicited call and very persistent. When I ask for paperwprk to be sent he got nervous as any federal grant would already have it how could he ask me without discrediting the "agency" he represents. I thought yhat woul end it but now theyre calling more. Its all a nuisance.

Total scam! Supposedly I was being awarded a grant from the Dept of Education. I contacted usa.gov to check on this. Grants aren't generally given to individuals and they're certainly not given without an application from the requester.
