This is the classic BAIT AND SWITCH call: oh you bought a car from us last year. Guess what, we saw that you have a high interest rate. we could refinance that for you at a much lower rate if you come in. Ok I go in, "oh what car are you interested in buying"? WTF? who said anything about buying a car shthead? You called me about refinancing it didn't you? umm yeah but we can give you an even lower interest rate if you buy a newer one.... blah blah. ok so they make me talk to this clueless guy whom I later found out was an EFFING EX CONVICT! -and I gave him my SS# for a credit check... ugh. He tells me they can beat my current payment and give me a newer car. They tell me I qualify for a really low interest rate. They do a credit check... hmm they appear to lose interest... they realize I don't really qualify. They look do an assesment of the value of my car... I ask them how much, no answer. I send them emails, no response. They call me and tell me to bring in the car again... WTF? WASTING MY TIME!
