She took over 5 seconds to begin speaking, tried to confirm my address, and wouldn't give the reason for calling until I confirmed my identity. I told her I can't give personal information without knowing the reason for the call, and we went back-and-forth a couple more times. I told her I don't give out personal information because I don't want to be scammed. SHE HUNG UP when she heard the word, "scammed".
