Have been called by this number & it was a recording saying this was my 2nd & final call & if I did not call back to 567-244-0051 I would be subject to appear before a grand jury. I called the number & some foreign sounding guy answered I told him that I had reported the phone # as a threatening phone call. The recorded call I received said they were the IRS & when I called back he answered saying Financial Agent so & so "his name hard to catch".

Scam call reported by Gullible
Caller claimed to be from the IRS contacting me about an outstanding balance. Claimed that if I disconnected the "recorded three way" call my case would be sent to collections and there would be a warrant out for my arrest for tax fraud. No opportunity was given to call a lawyer unless I placed them on hold while doing so. Caller told me I had to keep them on the line and drive to a Walmart or Wallgreens and buy a tax voucher for my balance to confirm I had the money available to pay the balance immediately. A call placed to an IRS lawyer confirmed this is a scam trying to get bank information. The IRS will ALWAYS contact you by certified mail.

I didn't answer and I got voice-mail saying this is the final attempt to reach me and if I did not return the call criminal action would be taken against me and when I called the number back they were pretending to be a law office
