This number has called me for about three months. Every time the leave the same voice mail, " we have papers that need to be delivered blah blah blah. This number would call me every other day when I was working. I have tried calling the and man are they A*HOLES. Today I had a little fun with them I was able to answer the phone today, " Thanks for calling the Police department how may I help you today." They hung up instantly.

I received a call from 518-375-2202 they called themselves EPS (Electronic Process Service. Doug advised that he could not advise me on this call unless I confirm the number I was call from. I advised Doug cease and desist any communication to whatever number he saw on his id caller. They are fast talkers; after review this site... I can believe that these people are a scam and will be reporting these folk to BBB and FTC.

I received the same call so I called them back block my phone number. They don't accept calls from blocked number and I was instructed to enter my phone number so I enter their number and it rang. I spoke to the same guy twice and asked what company was this and why are they contacted me. It's EPS located in Albany, NY. I requested the address of this company and he refused to give it to me. He said it's a matter of security that they don't give out their address. I explained that I need your address to file a complaint and he started yelling at me. I said ya know I'll look it up on the internet and he told me not to call again and hung up. Lol

Voice bot asks me to call back. Called back and got a process server. Says someone related to me has a formal complaint and if they don't call back and contact a "Chad Williams" there will be court summons papers made. Won't explain anything to me for legal reasons.

I keep getting this call that they have a formal complaint and documents are going to be delivered to me at home or work and I need to have ID when they come!!!

I received the same call today and they left a voicemail saying the same thing. I'm going to take this to my brother he works for the nypd special frauds unit. I will repost with any info that I can get.

Received same type of message from ph# 518-375-2200. It's sad that people have been defrauded this way. Evidently it's a good scam because it's still happening.
