Its the standard they call, hang up on you. You call back and then they are off the hook since you called them. Total scam don't call back

Seems to be some call center, I can see more similar numbers (all the same range - 51831380xx) reported here already - mostly as telemarketing with home automation/security. No idea who is behind it, they left no message, no VM. I really don't answer unknown numbers, tried to dig some info about this number first on internet, but no luck so far. People did someone answer it? I have been using the ShouldIAnswer mobile application from these pages, works fine, can stop such calls and also a range of numbers (very useful for call centres). No problems.

Automated system selling "wireless security system at no cost" - recorded system further states that I was "referred by a friend or neighbor" - sounds like a scam.
