Sounds totally legit but where it was incoming, I hesitate.....they did give a call back number but google search shows scammer.....guessing if I want lower interest rates, I'll go directly to my banks! Better safe than sorry!

Correction: 978 785 1759 shows under the original caller number of 516 888 1732. No one speaks when you answer the call and then they simply hang up.

I pay my credit cards in full each month, but even if I didn't, I would not fall for this scam. Crooks. Don't fall for it. Call your credit card company directly to discuss lowering your interest rate!!
