I answered, they asked for our VP, I asked how may I help. The person on the other end said I wasnt the VP and hung up. I attempted to call the # back to have them remove us from their list and received a recording that the caller was unavailable.

He said they were not resellers but if they were Spectrum he would have the answers to the questions he was asking. Very thick accent and loud call center background noise.
