I LOVE answering these calls! "Good morning, (company name)" and ONLY that. Over and over and over again until they hang up. Sometimes, just to get spicy, I'll curse them out in French. The most recent one, I shoved a cracker into my mouth right before I started the Phone Greet Rinse & Repeat. They only know one owner's name and never the partners'. They ask for this owner by first name only and never want to leave call back numbers, names, nothing besides the call being "finance-related"

When I told them to send the information to the business address on file, they asked if I could tell them the address to insure the information was up to date. I gave them a phony address and they said it was correct. When I told them I didn't give out any sensitive information to someone who called me and that I would need to be able to call them to give any more information, they hung up.
