They claim to be from the Better Business Bureau and demand to speak to the owner. They refuse to provide any additional information and have a terrible attitude. Clearly a scam. This is not how the BBB operates.

The caller said her name is Alex and she is calling from the BBB and want to speak to the business owner. My boss called back there was no answer. Then she called back and tried to sell the BBB badge to display on the company website.
