This number (513) 636-4200 shows up on caller ID no message left from it and I have no idea why because there's no reason whatsoever for a hospital to call me.

I've been getting calls from this number for several days. It shows up on my caller ID as Cincinnati children's hospital when I do a Google search of the number it also shows Cincinnati children's hospital and when I dial the number back a auto attendant answers saying thank you for calling Cincinnati children's hospital. It gets weird from there. There's no menu options or ability to speak to an attendant it just automatically goes to hold and the call never gets answered. I think another company is falsely using the name of Cincinnati children's hospital and the actual hospital doesn't know it. If this was truly the children's hospital, then there would be a human answering the phone or at least there would be a menu of options to push for various departments. This just answers in a robotic voice and doesn't allow you to choose anything but rather go to hold forever. I can't even make the children's hospital aware because as I said no one ever answers the phone and there is no menu of options to push to reach a person. I have no clue. What I do know is I don't know anyone in Cincinnati I don't live in Cincinnati at my age I don't know anyone with a baby or child and this call is definitely not anyone trying to reach me
