They call here on my hope phone according to the call log, 8 times a day. The person they claim to be trying to reach does not live here nor to my knowledge, ever used this number. They will not stop calling. I told them they are wasting their time but then again they are using a robo call to annoy us every day. This is out and out harrassment and the FCC does nothing but collect fees from your phone bill. Blocking is no help. They program in another number. Even this complaint won't stop them. Google makes sure everyone in the country has your information, after all, your information is all for sale.

Deb21 Aug 2017 (512)681-1599 AustinTX & (512)906-3892 &(512)498-1028 are all from a Gila Group LLC Municipal Services Bureau collection co. hired by Court Ticketing agency or other contracted business that has a debt owed. To stop the Robo Calls you have to send a letter to them requesting MSB to discontinue calls to your phn# ,that you do not owe any past due accounts and you are not that person they are calling so take the phn# off your internal call list and place your number on the "Do Not Call" registry with MSB and all affiliates are to cease and desist telephone calls to this phone number. Gila Group LLC, MSB 8325 Tuscany Way A. T. 78754 (512)371-9995. The Robo call leaves a call back number (844)705-4613 or (800)295-0851 but no one in comments regarding this MSB, Municipal Services Bureau gets through to a real Agent/Person. Federal Trade Commission (877)382-4357 won't do anything to stop these Robo Calls. I am so fed up with all phone call interruptions! Caller: Municipal Services Bureau Austin TX

I've blocked this number numerous times. when you call back it just hangs up on you. most times when I answer they just hang up on me. they have answered and been very rude disrespectful calling me names and hanging up on me and have never identified their company name.

Receive at least one call per day from this company. I have blocked at least seven different numbers for them with different area codes. They absolutely never say who they are calling for. What makes them think I would call them back?

They NEVER say who they want but they expect to you to do their job and call them back. This group has been bugging us since 2014 and they NEVER say who they are trying to find. We've never had calls or letters about a delinquent debt so we never answer and never call them back.
