Claimed to be the Texas Dept of Health taking a survey. I have been called by this number 8 times in a week now, and at all hours of the day, as late as 9 pm. No government entity would call you like that, you would receive a letter. On top of that they wouldn't contact you at such insane hours! Of all the calls only once have they called me before 6 pm.

This is the third time they have call, told me they pick numbers out randomly. Said they were with the CDC trying to get surveys on how people deal with their health, and avoiding health issues. Once I told the girl I didn't want to take the servey, she got a little annoyed with me and kept trying to get me to take the servey. Then she ended the call rudely. First of all the CDC isn't going to call you, if they did they wouldn't be rude about it. Lastly if the numbers are pick out randomly maybe I should buy a lottery ticket because I have won three times this week.

This is the 2nd time the same phone number has called. I have answered another number and spoke with a human (very clear english too) and told both I am not interested and to stop calling. They proceeded to say this survey was anonymous and yada yada, I clearly stated again I am NOT interested and hung up without letting him speak. EVEN if this was a real phone call (which if you look up they will NOT call for surveys), when I said I am not interested the first time they would not have kept trying. Secondly, it is in NO WAY anonymous, because 1) they have your phone number so they can get your name and 2) NOTHING is ever anonymous lol

I have received this call several times also with a voice mail about a survey being left & asking me to return the call. I finally answered. He claimed, with a heavy Indian sounding accent, that he "Was with the TX Dept. Of State Health Services, (DSHS) & would I be willing to complete a survey. He asked if I would do a survey or could he call back at a more convenient time. I asked where he was calling from, & again he said "DSHS." I informed him "There is no such thing as the DSHS department as they merged with another state department approximately 2 years ago. I know this because I work for the State of Texas & am at my job right now while on this call." (I do truly work for the State of Texas & worked for DSHS when they merged with HHSC & I still do.) All he could say was "Oh". Do not answer any of their questions. I didn't even give him the opportunity to ask anything.
