Strange offers. I expect they go my name form linkedin, call to company secretary and ask for redirect o my name. Her/His english is really bad, but still got few passage about offering job in IT. Hanged up.

Had my phone # and email, asked for my work title. Spoke quickly and had a hard time understanding him, asked him to repeat himself and was still not clear on what was being offered. Kept mentioning about a program to ease your work, etc. Seems fishy.
