I spoke with "Candice" briefly when they called my mobile. I conveyed to her that this number now has a terrible reputation online and that I should be removed. She did confirm that they aren't working for the solar company itself, and are a "community outreach" group. However, a legitimate organization wouldn't be cold-calling people in 2016 without providing any information about their business. I thanked "Candice" for not hanging up on me and encouraged her to not hang up on anyone else.

Urgent Message about my electrical bill (Unsolicited call) reported by


These numbers: 508-392-0958, 508-685-6474 have called unsolicited and say this is an urgent message about your electrical bill. It says the bill is about to increase by 14%. This company has called over 5 times and often when I pick up just hangs up on me. I called back and pressed the #1 on the menu (the only option) , to speak with someone to get my number removed. I was able to get 3 words out of my mouth before I was hung up on twice. The third time I called back I asked to speak to a manager about more information. The girl said he was on the phone, confirmed my cell number that they had been calling from and told me to wait 48 hours. We'll see. They say they are a public information company. SCAM> DONT ANSWER

I called back they said they don't work for a solar company and said they were community outreach and hung up the phone on me. I called back and asked what community had hired them to place these calls. The woman said thats not my problem, repeated my number again and told me that it would take 48 hours to have my number removed. It's not fair to be harassed by these companies!
