Second time they called me about important legal matter, when I tried to get connected I get to a answer machine which they want me to leave a message so they can call me back when they robo called me in the first place? Wth?

3/24/17 I received a call from 508-257-5128 on my cell this morning. I don't pick up if it an unknown number but my daughter just gave me her new number and I have not had a chance to plug it in my phone so I answer but do not say anything. That when a female Robo-caller says she has an important legal matter they have to discuss with me. I hang up and put them on the block/call block/message on my phone. I'm so sick of these Robo-calls, there are plenty of other job out there that these people could be doning.
