They already knew my current address and the address of my primary care physician. Asked me a few questions of primary and secondary insurance. I was a little skeptical as I have been having issues with my insurance. Initially, I thought they were setting my insurance back up, but then he asked about my pain and stated that I was a special customer who qualified for free monthly vitamins. This is impossible as I have been denied insurance from my primary provider and they did not know of my secondary insurance until I told them. I am on the national do not call list meaning that companies cannot call me unless I sign something saying that they can. I thought my mom had submitted something, but she would have used her own number. Fake company just trying to get information and sell you a "free" product.

They had some of my info,and wanted some. They asked me about my pain on a scale from 1-10. They asked me where my pain was. They wanted to know my Dr. and what pharmacy I used. I hung up on him after repeating myself several times I was at work and could not talk to them. First I was speaking to a lady , but could not understand her. So I indian guy got on the phone. He said his name was Michael.

Calling about my health insurance, Indian accent, rude (Unsolicited call) reported by


A man with an Indian accent calling to "verify [my] health insurance" but then could not prove he knew which company covered me. His insisted he represented a long list of companies he rattled off and then said, "Just trust me-- I represent your health insurance. What is the name of your primary care doctor?" He quickly became agitated and aggressive when I asked questions, and called back three times in rapid succession when I continued to hang up on him. I've blocked the number. This is NOT a legit caller.

Just got a call from this number wanting to verify my information for BCBS. Had my name, address, phone# and birthday all correct. But wanted to verify my primary care physician. I gave them his last name, they asked to hold a minute and looked up his first name. I got the feeling that they were wanting me to say "Yes or OK" to questions. I just stated Correct. They kept trying to get me to say "yes". Then they finally gave up on that and said my records showed I have received treatment for pain management and wanted to know on a scale of 1 to 10 my pain level. Then said I qualify for a pain cream and assistance paid for by my insurance. They never asked for my group # or anything like that. I said that the only way I could accept anything like that was if my Dr approved it. They again kept attempting to get me to say Yes or OK and I never would, they finally when I just kept repeating that my Dr would need to approve.

Just got a call from this number but couldn't answer, and they did not leave any message. When I tried to call back, five times, each time the number wouldn't go through. A recording automatically comes on that says "Your call cannot be completed at this time".
