I HAVE NO IDEA WHO THIS CALLER IS THEY CALL ME DURING BUSINESS HOURS AND MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO ANSWER THE CALL. EVERY 2 HOURS i WILL RECEIVE A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER. FOR DAYS AT A TIME. i BLOCK A NUMBER THEN A NEW ONE CALLS ME IT SEEMS. I HAVE CALLED ONCE AND RECEIVED A MESSAGE ALL AGENTS WERE BUSY BUT TO PLEASE REMAIN ON THE LINE FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE REP... SO I RETURNED THE COURTESY OF NOT REMAINING ON THE LINE. I THINK I WILL START CALLING THEM BACK AND HANGING UP EVERY THEY CALL ME!!!

Well, that's what I get for using a Wal-Mart Credit Card and falling behind a few months due to tough times. They've called from tons of other numbers. Each one was from them. They NEVER leave a voicemail and when you answer them, either it hangs up immediately or you're greeted with some creepy person who doesn't properly introduce themselves.

This company uses an auto dialing system that calls 5 to 8 times a day even when you answer and no one is ever there, Memorial day 2017 this company called 4 times from 8 to noon, our call log is locked and every time they call we keep record for the FTC AND BBB.
