Leaves official sounding message and a fake name asking for a fake name, representing a fake bank. If you call back to explain they have the wrong number, they attempt to slam your phone bill or get your name for future scams. The United States FTC has several warnings out about these type scams. Don't answer, don't call them back, don't say yes or no. Do not give your name or anything else. Tell them if you mistakenly answer ' you have the wrong number, don't call here again ' and hang up immediately. I always say ' you sound like a Scam, don't call here again ' and hang up if I accidentally answer these scammer robocalls. Then I report and block the number.

These people are blocked yet continue to leave messages every night. Their messages are now deleted without listening to them. Now they claim to be Discover. They were already told they have the wrong number. They will now be getting a federal complaint of harassment against them.
