When I answered, the man asked to speak to me. I asked to put on DNC list. He asked Why. I said, just do it and hung up. He called me right back immediately and began harassing me, asking why I hung up on him and what was my problem. I said next time its FTC.

Said his name was Jim Miller. Asked for owner by first name and when told not in, asked for his cell # pretending to be a friend from Miller Construction. When I said I would take his number, he hung up.
