Sitelock (Service) reported by Norm
I let all calls go to voice mail that I don't know. This one came in on my second line, Google, and the person left a message. I was busy and ignored it. Then...the next day, same call. The call was from Sitelock, a service connected with my HostGator account where I have my websites. He said one of my sites had been hacked. I went and looked and sure enough it had been hacked. He asked me to call him back, which I did big time. I didn't even know that I had Sitelock. It came free with my Gator account. Before I spoke to him I did my research into the hacking so I had some questions ready which he answered. A really GOOD rep! I suggested that it might be a good idea to add in the contact call that the number could be verified by going to their website...a suggestion he said he'd take. So if you get a call from this number and you have hosting on Gator, pick up the phone. He DID NOT try to upsell me. But the story does not end here. I had reported the call to the good folks here on THIS site before I called Sitelock back. After the call I felt really bad about it and asked the guys here to remove my former info on the matter...which they did the next day, just as good as gold. So now I can not only recommend with 5 stars Sitelock at that number but this site, SHOULD I ANSWER as well. What a GREAT Support staff!!!! Wow!!!! And good news about my hacked site. It was relatively easy to clean up the mess. I don't know when I would have caught it on my own though. Thanks Sitelock and thanks ShouldIAnswer.com!
