Received a call from this number. After a pause a man with thick accent says "JOE". I said "Excuse Me?" and he said he wanted to talk to Joe. Told him he had the wrong number there was no Joe here. He said he was calling from a recorded line and would remove my number and hung up.

They keep calling looking for a Jose Ramos. They leave a VM. (Telemarketer) reported by


They have called multiple times, and each time they leave a short message just saying "Jose Ramos." I've gotten the same exact message from other numbers as well. It definitely feels like a call center. The background kind of sounds like they are in an industrial factory or somewhere like that. I can hear things clanging and it sounds like a machine is whirring in the background.
