Of course, it is a scam. CID is Unavailable so that tells us they are POS scammers. Called twice this today. Each time hung up after the 2nd ring which is POS scammer's MO. Every time we block one POS scammer, 55 wake up from their POS graves. Hell will be too good for these POS scammers.

About 6 times a year, I get an unsolicited robo-call from Godaddy, of which I am a customer. Ugh! I hve changed my preferences of contact from them and still get calls. I just hang up and block.

No one is ever on the line when they call they are searching for active numbers but if you call them back they claim to be GoDaddy and immediately asked for your account number and pin GoDaddy customer service confirms that this is a phishing scam

they only call if you have an account with them. Go to your godaddy page and login- go to account preferences -> Contact settings and you can change your number and uncheck the "YES id like to receive calls from our award winning support" Trust me every time a Phoenix number comes up i know its them.. been dealing with it for years now. i just found the fix
