Same as others. Tanner called, first time he said he couldn't hear and would call back. He called right back and wanted to know if I wanted to sell, or if I knew of anyone nearby who wanted to sell.

VM has this transcription thing which is cool. Here's the msg: “Hello my name is Tanner I was actually looking at properties in your neighborhood and we were really interested _****_ purchasing your property um if you could give me a call back so we _****_****_ discuss it if you're open to selling then give me a call at 480-405-6863 thank you…” So, we are NOT selling as we're just renting, and there's no for sale sign with my number out front, so this guy is a scammer, definitely. Block all calls.
