This is a caller who supposedly wants to make a cash offer on property. His calls go straight to voicemail with a preprogrammed message. This may be a scam, is definitely a nuisance. Do not accept his calls and always block his numbers (He uses many)!!

Investor offer to purchase our home (Unsolicited call) reported by


A male with an accent asked if we would be interested in a cash offer for our home, and when I jokingly said we’d consider an offer of $800,000.00 he said he’d present it to his investor. He refused to tell me the name of the company or the investor and when I requested this information, his voice became a little stern.
