The call came from (469) 982-5000. The automated recording told me to call (240) 503-1746 right away because my social security number has been suspended. They were ‘taking legal action’ against me unless I contacted them to make arrangements.

This number has called and text my sister n laws number several times which is wierd because I've never given her phone out EVER. They use my first name and address. One of the text say to verify address and the doctor will be issued directly. What doctor? They also inserted a reference number and they said i had 24 hours to call back.
