Credit card processor scammer (Telemarketer) reported by


Calls 4-5 times an hour! I have a real business to run and no time for answering scammers. One time out of 10 calls will be a human asking if I am the business owner and that someone will be in my area tomorrow to meet with me to explain their credit card processing. I politely decline and ask them to remove me from any call list but get hung up on before I can finish my sentence.

Aggressive sales tactic (Telemarketer) reported by


I respect some of the sales people that try to sell to me. Some I can't. I got a sales person that called me 2 days ago and refused to tell me who they were unless they could speak to the business owner. I said "that's me." They said that they're just confirming the time to come to my business tomorrow to give a presentation of their credit card processing service. I was like "um.. what?" I had never set up an appointment with them or agreed to anything where they would be calling to confirm. I said I wasn't interested and then to add insult to injury, the woman told me that this is a courtesy call to confirm when they would be coming and not a request. I told them that if they showed up at my office I would have security escort them off and then I hung up. I have zero respect for this type of sales tactic.

The caller ask for the owner and if the business is still located at a named address. She is persistent in wanting to make an apt. for you to get info on your current merchant account. When I said I was not looking to change she kept on so I hung up.

The same thing just happened to me. The rude woman asked for the owner, I told he was not available, not wanting to talk to me at all and hung up on me. I have at least 3 Credit card services calling me and we DON'T DO CREDIT CARDS!

2 to 3 calls a day from this number. Knowing this woman and her pathetic empire of criminal telemarketers will all burn in hell one day keeps me warm at night.
