He claimed someone was using my IP address in my windows and to get to my computer asap. He called repeatedly 4 more times each hour until 7pm central time. I asked him some questions if this was for my Dell computer? he said yes. I told him my Dell was no longer on or working. Then I asked him if this was through PC Laptops company because that is where I got my new laptop. He hesitated and said yes PC Laptops. And also said they handle windows, dell, said another brand can't remember off top of my head. It just seemed fishy. Plus, I live in a house with my room mate. I have ESET Support and I'm going to contact them instead to make sure all is good with my laptop.
