When I pick up the phone and say hello hello. It's dead silence and within 15 seconds you hear a beep then it hang up. I have never spoken to a live person when they call. But the crazy thing is I'll get billed on my Paypal bill of something that I did not even buy or subscribe to. And when I get a hold of PayPal get this charge taken care of. They tell me that they can't get rid of that charge. And then they tell me that I bought a website that I own. When in reality I have not bought a website. I do not even know how to even run it website. And they say that they will look into it then you call back again and you get billed on your PayPal Bill more and more and you try and try to get rid of that charge and they say they can't do it. So something's fishy here they basically just want your money and make you broke and make you go in debt for something that you did not buy or subscribe to. This industry of money and credit cards is almost a big scam because they add things to your bill that you did not buy. you try everything you can to get rid of charges that you did not buy but they say they can't get rid of it.

Paypal credit talking about balance. Only thing is they call you even when you've already paid your minimum, several times a day, if you bought anything using paypal credit on any type of plan. They call endlessly to try and trick you to pay the plan balance off in full rather than the minimum or any other amount, months before the payment agreements expire.
