Called requesting owner by name. I asked verification questions that "John" (with M & T or M & P?) would not answer sufficiently. When pressed for more information about the nature of his business with the owner (who happened to be standing right in front of me), he became exceptionally rude and told me it was "my job" to transfer his call and he didn't "answer to me" or the owner of company. He claimed that the owner KNEW who he was! So, I asked the owner where he could hear me. Owner replied that she, in fact, DID NOT know, nor was she expecting a call from such a person. He immediately hung up.

Called and asked for owner by name. Said he was from M&P, when I inquired he said Mark and Pepper. Asked what they did he said a lot of things. Told him to leave a message and he hung up on me.
