Woman asked if someone would be available to accept documents for me in a previous married name that has not been used by me in almost 15 years. Said a complaint had been filed against me and that I had to call a phone number within 2 hours or a suit would be filed. Gave me a case number... complete scam!

had my first and last name, when I asked who they were and why they were calling a place of business since it is my job and they said oh it's a business apologized and hung up. my job has been receiving scam calls like crazy.

Same deal here. They called a few days in a row now. Today I answered & gave the phone to my toddler grandchild. It was fun listening to the person on the other end of the phone repeatedly say "HELLO?" and the baby responding "hello!" I wonder if they could hear me laughing in the background?

A man asked for me by name and would anyone be available to sign for legal documents. I said yes and asked what this call was about. All he could tell me was I had 1 hour to call 844-767-8246 or I would be served. Called the number. She knew my name then searched for a different name in her computer. I was very upset and gave her a piece of my mind

A woman called saying that I needed to call an 844# with a file number saying 2 complaints were filed against me. She had no information, could not tell me anything just that I needed to call this number. Than said now that contact has been made I had 1 hour before I would be served. Smh
