'Marissa' from ATT called to report TRIM attempting to negotiate my bill. Although TRIM had my 4-digit code they didn't respond to her text so she didn't share my account info & left me a vMail to call AT&T 'Loyalty' to change the code.

AT&T employee using a spoofed number -WHY?!? (Call centre) reported by SIA USER
Female person from AT&T's Advanced Resolutions Dept phoned to tell me she was responding to an AT&T survey I had completed after some particularly poor customer service interactions with their Customer Care Department who just cannot seem to get things right. She was all but useless too but then charged me for the 44 minute phone call to me!! and when I tried to phone her back to get the charges removed, it turned out she'd used this spoofed phone number. Makes me wonder if all the spammer phone calls we get are generated by the very companies that then charge us to help us with the spam!!
