Rude (Telemarketer) reported by SAW
Carmen" asked for the owner and said he was expecting his call. Owner wasn't available, and I know he wasn't expecting his call. Carmen insisted he'd hold for him until he was available. I told him several times he wasn't available because he was with a customer and that might be an hour.I asked for him to leave a message and he continued to insist he'd hold until he was available. When I explained I was the wife of the person he was asking for it didn't matter to him he just kept asking to hold. I finally hung up on him because I'm trying to run a business and don't have time for his Drama.

Unsolicited call reported by T Soupiset
"Carmen" asked for the owner and said he was expecting his call. Owner wasn't available, and I know he wasn't expecting his call, and when asked for a phone number for a return call he refused. Insisted he'd hold for him until he was available. I told him several times he wasn't available and requested a number and he continued to insist he'd hold until he was available. When I explained he wasn't in the office the guy said "well that's a different thing" and hung up on me!
