Creepy (Scam call) reported by

I originally got a call from 817-406-0094 from a Tori ... from Jennings... and ****. to tell me or my lawyer to contact her by end of day. Several calls and words later the woman calls from this number telling me she was going to call and harass me everyday of my miserable life with a few expletives in there. I have reported her. This is a scam. Don't be fooled. This woman is bored and doesn't want to get a real job so she steals. Lazy.

Collection agency (Scam call) reported by

The person spoke very fast, gave few details, and was rude. She stated that I had a delinquent payday loan, that if I didn't pay would become fraud charges against me. She told me that I could defer it so somebody from an attorney's office in Texas could contact me. I contacted Arlington PD and informed them about this, they said it sounded similar to a instant that they recently had dealt with where the individual lived in California.

"James Roberts and Associates" (Scam call) reported by

Supposedly there is a case against me. No previous mail or phone message but if I didn't call back I waved my right to counsel. As far as I'm aware I haven't done anything to have a case against me and there would be more notice before they can waive my rights wouldn't there? It's also from a Texas number and the only J. R. and associates listed on the web is in California. Most likely scam.
